We produce your order completely in-house, from custom art creation, to pre-press, film production, screen preparation and printing the final product.
We have three screen printing presses, a 10 color automatic and a 4 color manual press. This extensive investment in the best equipment available provides us with quality printing and the fastest turnaround time on the peninsula. Our normal turnaround time is 5 working days.
- FILE FORMAT & resolution
You can send your logo or design to us in either .png, .jpeg, or .pdf format. All files must be at least 300 Pixel Per Inch (PPI) or in Vector Format. Low-resolution files cannot be enhanced and may result in blurry prints.
- SIZE YOUR DESIGN ACCURATELY
Please ensure that your image is 100% to the size you would like it printing to. For example, if you would like an image to be 7"x15", then the image needs to be this size, not including the background. If you are creating your file in Adobe Illustrator or another Vectorbased software, simply size your image to thesize you want it to print.
- BACKGROUND TRANSPARENCY
All backgrounds need to be transparent, otherwise this will interfere with the quality of the print and result in an unwanted shadow/box around your design.
- Convert your text to outlines
Convert all text to outlines. For digital printing, create designs in CMYK for a broader color range. We can match your colors to the nearest solid coated Pantone for screen printing. For accurate color matching, provide Pantone references as colors may vary on different monitors.
- PROPER GARMENT SELECTION.
Choose garments suitable for screen printing. Different materials and colors may affect the final print appearance. Consult with our experts for guidance on garment selection.
- MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
For smaller quantities, consider alternative printing methods or contact us for options.
